Cloth are Scottish twins Rachael and Paul Swinton. Championed by BBC Radio 6 Music DJs Mary Anne Hobbs, Huw Stephens, Steve Lamacq and Guy Garvey, the band’s new single, ‘Polaroid’ is out now via Mogwai’s Rock Action Records.

‘Polaroid’ sees the band return with new music for the first time since their second album, 2023’s Secret Measure. Blending intricate alt-rock guitar interplay with Rachael’s signature gossamer-thin vocal, Secret Measure received critical acclaim from publications including The Guardian, Pitchfork, CLASH and Uncut and was shortlisted for the 2023 Scottish Album of the Year (SAY) Award.
