    Fisher was born and raised on the Gold Coast of Australia, where he pursued a career as a professional surfer for many years. His initial tracks were released as part of alongside fellow producer and surfer Leigh Sedley. Fisher eventually went solo in 2017, going on to issue a string of singles such as "Ya Kidding," "Stop It," and "Ya Didn't," all on . In 2018, he released his breakout track, "Losing It," this time via . The song went to number one on the Australian and American club charts, and was certified gold or platinum in Australia, Italy, Germany, and the U.K. It was also nominated for Best Dance Recording at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards.

    Fisher followed the success of "Losing It" with the -sampling "You Little Beauty," which similarly topped club charts and was nominated for an ARIA Music Award. The double A-side "Freaks"/"Wanna Go Dancin'" appeared in 2020, followed by "Just Feels Tight" in 2021.
