Magpie Diaries

Hunter Valley based four piece, Magpie Diaries look forward to performing a free concert at Miami Marketta, on Friday evening 17th July.

Performing their unique version of dreamy alt country folk rock. Heartfelt songs with lush arrangements and succulent harmonies. The band have released two full length albums, Sanctuary (2018), Some Kind Of View (2025), with another album in the bag and on the way later this year.

Whilst it's their first time performing at Miami Marketta, Magpie Diaries are no stranger to the vigour of touring Australia, often applying their DIY energy towards country halls and out of the way regional towns. The band have also performed at a number of high profile venues and festivals, including TCMF main stage, Party In The Paddock, Kiama Jazz n Blues, Nannup in WA and Darwin Festival. They are also fan favourites at the popular festivals they run, being The Gum Ball, Nundle Rocks and Dashville Skyline.

Magpie Diaries have supported and toured alongside acts such as The Cruel Sea, Fanny Lumsden, William Crighton, Emily Lubitz and Cordovas (US)
