Ange Halliwell’s music moves between folk ritual, gothic ambience and experimental pop. Working from south-west France, Halliwell uses the harp as both instrument and portal — building layered compositions from hypnotic arpeggios, electronic textures and voices that drift between singing, whispering and invocation.
Their latest album, «Lullaby for the Dead» (2025), is centred around grief, memory and the fragile space between life and afterlife. Across the record, the harp appears as both comfort and omen, surrounded by spectral vocals and dense atmospheric arrangements.
Live, Halliwell creates immersive performances that feel luminous, uncanny and deeply physical — somewhere between a concert, a séance and a dream unfolding after dark.
