Einar Solberg of Leprous has recently completed work on his upcoming second solo album, the follow-up to 2023’s ‘16’. He is pleased to reveal his first new piece of solo music since that release, in the shape of the bold & dynamic ‘Stella Mortua’, recorded alongside The Norwegian Radio Orchestra.
As well as the beautiful orchestration, Einar is joined once again by drummer Keli Guðjónsson (Agent Fresco) & violinist Chris Baum (Bent Knee), alongside newcomers Jed Lindgard on bass and Pierre Daniel on guitar. The track was mixed by Adam Noble (Nothing But Thieves, Biffy Clyro) & co-produced with David Castillo.
The first live dates in support of his upcoming second solo album have also been announced, which will see Einar joined by a group of world class musicians to bring his dark cinematic prog to life.
