Novateur pour son époque, il s'agit d'une des premières formations mélangeant Hardcore et Metal. Tout au long de sa carrière et de ses sorties, INTEGRITY n'a eu de cesse de se réinventer, de défier les attentes, d'évoluer et de détruire les frontières confinées de la musique emprisonnée dans des genres ou sous-genres.
