    Donny Benét

He’s older now, more thoughtful and wise. He’s travelled the world and he’s seen some things. Time passes, and he matures like the finer things in life: behold the timeless, elegant, sophisticated man that is Donny Benét. More than a decade since the world first fell for his charms, Donny Benét is taking charge of his destiny like never before. His new album, number six, is called Infinite Desires, and it’s his most complete musical statement yet.

The songs on this album are playful and potent. Passionate and self-assured. He’s talking
about romance but he’s also talking about respect. He’s talking about intimacy and
gratification but he’s also talking about consent. And he’s bringing it all to life with the same
display of muscular musicality that’s been electrifying audiences around the globe for years.

Drop a pin anywhere on a map and chances are you’ll find Donny fans. From Prague to
Portland, Bratislava to Brooklyn, they know his name and they know what he represents.
Here’s a man who transcends borders with smooth beats, deep grooves and lyrics that
speak to our most fundamental desires.

With maturity comes an artist in control. The release of Infinite Desires coincides with the
launch of Donnyland Records, a bold new direction for a most distinctive, seductive
entertainer. The new label gives Donny the power to preserve a legacy he’s been building
since 2011 and empowers him to follow his creative path long into the future.

Be sure to join Donny and his band as they perform Infinite Desires in its entirety, along with all your favourite Benét hits.

  • 999999999
    999999999

999999999 are an imposing and inescapable presence at the vanguard of the hard techno scene. In the studio and on stage, the immediacy of uncompromising machine music collides with the unpredictability of improvisation to create an

    ever-shifting, forward-pushing energetic force.

Since the project started in 2016, the Italian duo have released a potent run of gnarly, precision-tooled 12”s on their own NineTimesNine label, most of which have been repressed multiple times in response to widespread demand. Elsewhere, their ‘300000003’ track (released on Planet Rhythm in 2018) was a breakout success, catching a viral wave, going through repress after repress and breaking their take on acid techno to a huge new audience. In 2020, they moved from a vinyl-only operation for their own productions to offering their music up digitally, and welcoming other artists into the fold.

But it’s as a live act 999999999 have truly carved out their reputation, presenting a hardware-only set with the impact and intensity to set alight the world’s largest techno events. Their rap sheet of past achievements is long and winding, taking in monolithic festivals and intense basements alike – every different strand of Awakenings, Fabric in London, Fabrik in Madrid, Crssd in San Diego, Fuse in Brussels, Sub Club in Glasgow, Kompass in Ghent, Possession (with Boiler Room) in Paris. They’ve completed tours across the Americas, in Asia, Australia and through every pulsing pocket of party energy in Europe.

Beyond their tours, 999999999 also take pride in hosting their own specially curated 9×9 Invites events across Europe, most notably in the much-missed Berlin techno mecca Griessmuehle where they welcomed respected artists such as Sunil Sharpe and Umwelt. They also enjoy taking control of the club for the entire night, for example doing the first 12-hour takeover of Khidi in Tbilisi in late 2019.

The secret to the success of the 999999999 project lies in its force of personality. Every thunderous kick, daggering synth stab and twisting acid line is fired off with a clear-sighted intention – everything is pitched to elicit the maximum physical and emotional response from the dancer. There’s no middle ground, just an emphatic tribute to the hard, dark, deep end of the night.

  • Jamie Jones
    Jamie Jones

Jamie Jones's career began as lead singer with All-4-One, best known for their #1 song on the Billboard for 11 weeks with "I Swear" in addition to other hits such as "I Can Love You Like That", "So Much In Love", "Beautiful As You" which propelled the group to multi-platinum status.

Jamie’s writing and production credits with his Emmy-, Grammy and Billboard nominated production team, The Heavyweights, includes The Disney Channel, Netflix, Nickelodeon, BET as well as a variety of musicians such as Wayne Brady, Lil’ Wayne, Tupac, Anastasia, K-pop artists, J-pop artists and more.

In 2004, Jones released his first solo album, Illuminate, followed by a self-titled neo-soul gospel album in 2006 that charted two singles: “Don’t Stop” and “Rise.”

In 2020, Jones collaborated remotely with his writing team and produced an EP titled Christmas at Home with Jamie Jones for release on his birthday, which fell on Thanksgiving Day that year. The EP features two original songs, “All I Want” featuring Pau and “Christmas Kiss” featuring Marissa Lauren, along with some of Jones’ favorite holiday classics: “Someday at Christmas,” “This Christmas,” and “Give Love on Christmas Day.”

In anticipation of his follow-up R&B/Soul EP, he has put out a single titled “Sunny.” While familiar to anyone who loves music as a song made famous by Marvin Gaye and many others, Jones shines his own light on this feel-good classic, freshening it up for a time in history where happiness and hope seemed to be in short supply. With a fullness of sound such as only The Heavyweights can bring, it became the perfect welcome for the summer of 2021.
