  • Sampa the Great
    Sampa the Great
Sampa the Great (Sampa Tembo) is a poet and singer-songwriter. Expressing herself through music, poetry and visual art, Sampa captures listeners with thought provoking words, while encouraging people to enjoy the simplicity of creativity. Sampa The Great hails from Africa, the motherland. Born in Zambia, she was then raised in Botswana when her family decided to move there when she was young. Music was immersed within her family life and at the age of 22, Sampa left home and moved to Australia to further her musical studies. Sampa views music as the language of the soul, transcending borders and acting as an agent for positive change. Separating from her peers in Botswana, moving away from her family as well as her upbringing all inform her lyrics. Sampa has a penchant for poetry and weaves lyrical mazes with her verses, drawing listeners into a lush, imaginative world. Her music bonds from spoken-word to pure hip-hop rapping, with stops at psychedelic and blues along the way; it’s the sound of an adventurous young mind pushing out against all boundaries. • Yazmin Lacey
    Yazmin Lacey

Yazmin’s journey into music began with love and intuition rather than ambition. Born in East London and initially dedicated to youth work across Nottingham and Leicester, her passion for community building laid the foundation for her confidence and creativity, traits that now shape her music. Starting her music career at 27, she vowed to follow her instincts rather than chase fame, a mindset that continues to guide her deeply emotive work. With ‘Teal Dreams' arriving two years after her acclaimed debut, Yazmin continues to challenge conventional beauty standards and inspire fans who see themselves reflected in her. Beyond music, her artistry extends to radio with her Rinse FM show Morning Matters, a “feel-good wake-up call” where her warmth, personality, and taste shine through.

  • AliA
    AliA
Hey all, we're ALIA,,formed in the middle of 2009.We are from Royal Town Silveritage Kuala Kangsar,Perak.Plays Metal/Metalcore/Hardcore with combination metal guitar riff + metal & hardcore drumming..string guitar style drop B.. ALIA began when Apek,Za,Didi and PakJoe met at Royal Town Kuala Kangsar. We started jamming together out of boredom and to fill our free time. Covering songs from the likes of Arkangel, Caliban & Chimaira, we eventually got more serious and decided to start writing our own songs. However, we were still without a 2 nd guitar. So, Joe suggested his childhood friend Amy to join the band. Hence, ALIA was complete and there has not been a line up change since. Currently,we're so interested to experiment with metal/metalcore/hardcore element and sound like Heaven Shall Burn,Caliban,Chimaira,Lamb Of God,House Of Aterus etc. We also like to brainstorming ourselves with a new idea and improving technicality of our songs. Only God knows what we'll do next... We're looking forward to any gig invitations from any music label that's interested, please do contact us : Za (+60175193450) Amy (+60174491646).
