Clarry BerryFull-bodied bass, zeitgeisty lyrics, futuristic soundscapes: Clarry Berry creates forward-thinking rap music that’s equally at home on dancefloors and headphones. Whether the beats are more in the trap realm or come across as full-blown techno rhythms: Berry’s productions are bubbling with ideas and creativity. She’s already turned heads in Germany with instantly recognisable singles such as “Rio Filter”, released last year, and “Motherlode” (2024). But that was just the beginning. The euphoric hyper-pop anthem “Jeremy”, a tribute to influencer Jeremy Fragrance, is going through the roof on relevant streaming platforms this year, as is the rhythmic breakbeat rap of “Backpack” (2025), on which she used samples from the soundtrack to “Zelda: Ocarina Of Time”. Clarry Berry’s DIY style is perfect for anyone looking for innovative female fronted rap with strong club potential and wanting to see the themes of Gen Z addressed. -
Ski Mask The Slump God
Averaging over 4 million streams per week on Soundcloud and 4 million monthly listeners on Spotify, SKI MASK THE SLUMP GOD has quickly become an inescapable and influential hip-hop force. There’s nobody like the Broward County MC, and one listen to the ten tracks comprising Beware The Book Of Eliconfirms that outlier status. The project commences with the frenetic rhymes andhaunting chorus of “Lost Souls” [feat. Rich the Kid]. The darkly confessional “Suicide Season”tempers a grainy cackle and menacing rhymes as “Coolest Monkey in the Jungle” [feat. SahBabii] turns up with undeniable energy. It also boasts the recent banger“DoIHaveTheSause? (The Bee’s Knees),” which is quickly nearing 5 million Spotify streams. His last project You Will Regret (Reloaded)boasts three anthems that each cracked 40 million Spotify streams, namely “BabyWipe,” “Take A Step Back,”and “Catch Me Outside.” Applauded by Pigeons & Planes, HotNewHipHop, XXL, and many more, he remains both a critical and fan favorite.

LugattiRarely has there been such a buzz in the German rap underground: When Lugatti and 9ine gave the late 2010s their style mashup of hardcore hip-hop, trap, and nostalgic 808s, rap connoisseurs in particular began licking their fingers. The duo serves up tasty flavours with juicy samples, semi-ironic lyrics with triple bass, and nihilistic lines like a boss on the ‘Man kennt sich’ tapes. The response was not long in coming, and within a few years, the two became the hottest thing in the German rap game, which they continue to enrich and scrutinise with other level-ups to this day. But even solo, Lugatti has been firing off whole bunches of tracks, leaving scorch marks in the most important contemporary rap playlists. Whether confident battle tracks or socially critical hip-hop, whether sarcastic local patriotism in his native Cologne or beats on an international production level: Lugatti masters the game with all his flair and completes the circle from the biographical to the social and back again. This is rap music from life, for life.
