  Thomas Rainer is one of the most uncompromising protagonists of todays’ dark electronic music. Almost 20 years ago, he established NACHTMAHR, a project that combines brutal club sounds with powerful, profound lyrics. Over the years, this has made his project one of the major trendsetters of the unrelenting industrial culture – and it has now grown into a full-fledged band. He already crossed the Rubicon with his very first sign of life, the thunderous dark techno of the EP “Kunst ist Krieg” (Art is War) back in 2007. Since then, he has unleashed eleven devastating studio albums, nine EPs, and played countless scorching live shows.
