Grammy nominated artist and globally acclaimed DJ and Producer Paul van Dyk continues to dominate the electronic music charts and appears at the pinnacle of every Top DJ list across the globe. PvD, as his fans have nicknamed him, is currently ranked the World’s No. 4 DJ by DJ Magazine’s “Top 100 DJs poll”. His new original album In Between features collaborations with David Byrne and Jessica Sutta of the Pussycat Dolls. PvD is renowned as one of the hardest working artists, with sold-out tours that cross each continent, headline spots at every major festival, and a hugely successful recording career. With over 3 million albums sold worldwide, van Dyk travels around the world over 16 times each year to sold out performances internationally. 2007 alone has brought us PvD remixes of Depeche Mode’s “Martyr” and Justin Timberlake’s “What Goes Around.” PvD received a Grammy nomination in 2005 for Best Dance/Electronic Album for his original album Reflections – this marked the first time NARAS recognized this category. Aside from his musical activity, Paul van Dyk has always dedicated a significant part of his life to politics and social justice: from his youth, when he fled over the Berlin Wall to the West, to his children’s charity in India’s Mumbai, and his partnership scheme with the German Red Cross to help poor children in Berlin. In 2004, PvD was the only electronic artist involved in a nationwide tour with the Rock The Vote campaign, where he joined the likes of Bono, P Diddy, the Black Eyed Peas and George Clinton in campaigning for America’s youth to sign up to vote in the presidential election. By the time Paul van Dyk released Out There & Back in 2000, it became clear that the Berlin-based musician had far more to offer than his signature club sets and remixes that had already defined him as one of the most influential DJs and producers of all time. His first compilation mix CD Politics of Dancing was released in 2001, followed by Global in 2003 – a DVD which illustrates his own experiences traveling the world. Paul van Dyk created a revolutionary and visionary concept to offer internet users legal electronic music downloads called VONYC.com – a combination of radio and a music download shop overseen by specialists focused on the electronic dance scene. Robert Etheridge aka Dimension is one of the UK’s most unique electronic music artists. Defined by a clear aesthetic that bleeds through into his music and imagery, Dimension has announced himself as one of the new wave of dance music headliners.

Dimension’s combination of seemingly effortless musicality and production prowess first caught the attention of tastemakers and DJs such as Chase & Status, Annie Mac (5x Hottest Records), Skrillex (who remixed the much-lauded ‘UK’), and deadmau5. Over the past few years, he’s built a discography balanced between airwave conquering vocals and underground club anthems; and what was once one of UK dance music’s best kept secret now has a rapidly growing global profile.

After a remarkable rise since his debut single, Dimension announced himself on the global stage with ‘Desire’, his collaboration with Sub Focus. The record’s list of achievements is near endless; it spent 9 weeks on Radio 1’s playlist (5 on the A-list), has amassed over 50 million global streams to date and has been certified a silver single in the UK by BPI (200,000 sales). Following ‘Desire’ came Dimension’s next string of solo releases, ‘Devotion’ featuring Cameron Hayes, ‘If You Want To’ and ‘Love To Give’ which all rapidly picked up midweek Annie Mac support alongside BBC Radio 1 plays from Phil Taggart’s Hype Chart, Mistajam and Rene LaVice; and together, hitting over 20 million global streams to date.

‘Desire’ was Dimension’s fifth Hottest Record courtesy of Annie Mac on BBC Radio 1, who has been a long time supporter alongside Pete Tong and Danny Howard. Further Hottest Records include his standout collaboration with Wilkinson ‘Rush’ and club anthem ‘UK’. In 2019 he performed at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Middlesbrough, which was followed by his debut Essential Mix, which was met with critical acclaim. Alongside his original productions, Dimension is also a selective remixer, having reworked the likes of deadmau5, Chase & Status, Nero and Duke Dumont.

In tandem with his release schedule, Dimension has balanced a hectic global touring schedule that’s included sold out tours across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. This is coupled with performances at some of the world’s most acclaimed festivals, including Glastonbury, Reading & Leeds, Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, Pukkelpop and many others, as well as a long-standing residency at Amnesia in Ibiza.

DIMENSION LIVE, his sold out debut live show at London’s prestigious Electric Brixton in October, attracted critical acclaim from Mixmag, RA, DJ Mag, Red Bull, and beyond. The first immersive, multi-sensory experience in dance music, the show debuted Dimension’s showpiece glass mechanical structure - the centrepiece of a production that included a 50-piece state-of-the-art lighting system, laser walls, the largest ever LED screen to be installed in the venue, pyrotechnics and for the first time in a live music environment, scentology. Conceived by Dimension, the show was created in conjunction with INPLAS - a film set and fabrication company whose clients include George Lucas (Star Wars), Ridley Scott (Prometheus), HBO (Game of Thrones), Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight, Inception), Alex Turner of GravityRigs (The Chemical Brothers and Disclosure live), Liam Mace of DarkMatter, and More Eyes (Stormzy).

A Little Sound

She may only be 5ft 2, but A Little Sound is an artist causing a lot of noise right now – and for all the right reasons.

Maybe you’ve had your ears perked by her dreamy vocal hooks, or maybe you’ve seen her Tik-Toks spreading the word about drum and bass. Either way, there’s a lot to love about this exciting talent. While still in her early twenties, A Little Sound has already been responsible for the vocals behind some of D&B’s biggest anthems in recent years. “Back In Time” with Kanine, “Lakota” with Technimatic, “Rum & Lime” with DJ Gaw and Selecta J-Man – the list goes on. But she’s still only just getting started.

Despite being lauded for her vocal work, which saw A Little Sound land 2nd place in DrumandBassArena’s 2021 Award for Best Vocalist, this artist has always had the ambition to be more. Singer, writer, DJ, MC, stage host – you name it, she’s pushing to do it all. It’s a motivation that first caught the eyes of the D&B community after an epic Stay At Home Festival live stream surprising everyone with her mixing and impromptu MCing, and it has since blossomed into the start of something special with bookings for standalone sets at various events, including a headline performance at the Bristol’s legendary Motion.

While D&B is firmly engrained into A Little Sound’s direction, gun fingers and basslines weren’t always in this vocalist’s path. With a background in musical theatre and a history of performing acoustic covers since the age of 11 on her Youtube channel, this self-taught musician’s career could have been very different if it wasn’t for the influence of Bristol – a city where she and Born On Road have grown together.

With a debut EP on the horizon, along with many vocal features and live performances to come, you can expect A Little Sound to only get louder as time goes on.

Growing up in Newcastle, England at an early age BADVOID found not only a love for Rock and Roll, but Drum and Bass - drawing influence from his older brother who was listening to Pendulum and Andy C. BADVOID then immigrated to Australia in his early teens where he gravitated towards electronic music, and quickly started producing. Dropping out of highschool at 16 to pursue music full time, BADVOID toured Australia and gathered tastemaker support from Marshmello, Steve Aoki, and Zeds Dead.
