  Ella Ion (she/her) is an indie-folk singer/songwriter hailing from Adelaide (Kaurna land), South Australia. Ion’s main stylistic influences include indie-rock, folk and country, and her live performances range from soft and melodic moments to dissonant and guttural pieces. She invites the listener to join her in both the peaceful and the deafening; the moments that inspire solace in the uncomfortable. Ion crafts songs guided by vulnerable yet playful lyricism, drawing listeners in with moments of quiet reflection and unfiltered emotion.
