In the summer of 1995, a utopia named Astropolis was born in North Finistère (Brittany, France). A handful of dreamers imagined their "Cité des étoiles" to defend electronic music and lay the foundations of a bubble of freedom—at a time when raves embodied a true social revolution while facing heavy repression. Astropolis thus established the roots of an enduring journey: one of radical freedom, DIY ethics, and a culture invented on the fringes, without a safety net but fueled by a contagious passion for life and sharing. An adventure told through stories on the dancefloors, encounters between dancers from all horizons, and singular nights in exceptional heritage sites where the magic of the ephemeral meets collective energy.

Thirty years later, under the benevolent light of its many stars, Astropolis continues to champion electronic music through its founding values: cultivating independence, working as a collective, and resisting. Once an ephemeral rave and now a major urban festival, France’s oldest electronic music festival gathering remains faithful to its avant-garde, hedonistic, and festive spirit.

This summer, Astropolis transforms the Brest region into a total playground to celebrate this historic anniversary. Three decades of electronic culture will converge at the festival’s climax: the mythical Manoir de Keroual. A true sanctuary under the stars, it will host the main event for a timeless night on Saturday, July 4th, from 18:00 to 07:00. Alongside the Manor, the festival will deploy its spirit across a constellation of events, from incandescent clubs to sun-drenched open airs. Between rave heritage and the avant-garde, this 30th edition promises to be an ode to the freedom and diversity of the electronic scene.
