PokáčHe’s said to be a family type. And this summer, we’ll be part of that family too. For years, he’s been making fun of things we all know a little too well – relationships, work, awkward moments and everyday absurdity. All it takes is a few chords and a punchline that hits harder than expected. Pokáč is one of the most distinctive Czech singer-songwriters of recent years, known for lyrics that people relate to – sometimes a bit too accurately. His audience spans adults and their kids alike, each for slightly different reasons. He first broke through online and continues to stay closely connected with his audience, both on the internet and on stage, where his shows are built on humor, perspective and an ability to react to what’s happening right now. What most people are still trying to figure out, he can turn into a song within days – usually saying exactly what you would, just a bit funnier. On Saturday, he’ll open the Steel Stage and later stop by the ČEZ Family Park – this time for the youngest audience too.

I Love You Honey BunnyOne of the few Czech bands truly serious about breaking into the international scene. They’ve played more than 450 shows — not only across the Czech Republic, but also abroad, including a tour in Canada. The band has performed at festivals such as Sziget and Envol et Macadam, and their English-language sound has opened doors far beyond their home country. Their new album Don’t Look When I’m Changing was created in Brighton, Amsterdam and Prague under the guidance of producers from Klangstof and Blood Red Shoes — and you can hear it: energetic guitars, aggressive synths and strong melodies, as showcased by the successful single Kintsugi. I Love You Honey Bunny have already played at Colours once — back then as a young band with just a handful of songs. Now they’re coming back with completely different energy. Over the years, they’ve built a reputation as a band that can pull the audience in with a single track and keep them engaged until the very end of the show. It’s the kind of indie rock that works just as well in a club as it does on a big festival stage. The perfect moment for them to appear at Colours in full force.

rozalieIrony that knows how to hit. A singer, accordionist, actress and dancer who doesn’t pretend to be anything she’s not and goes straight to the point. In her work, she combines a bold, raw chanson style with a cynical edge, telling her own stories without sugarcoating them. Through her captivating presence and conviction, her original songs resonate across audiences – sometimes amusing, sometimes slightly unsettling. Rozálie first drew wider attention with her debut album Korzetiér, which earned her a nomination for the Anděl Awards in the Breakthrough Artist category in 2022. A year later, she followed up with a nomination for the Czech Slavík in the same category. Her music is built on personal themes, a strong stage presence and the ability to say things directly – without unnecessary embellishment.
