Reality is overrated. This New Year's, BTV invites you to go Beyond.
As Beyond The Valley enters its second decade, Australia's favourite camping festival is going further than ever before. More than just a festival, BTV has become a world within a world, where every year brings new stories, unforgettable moments and lifelong memories.
What began as a bold vision has grown into one of the country's most iconic festival experiences, continuing to shape culture through music, creativity, self-expression and connection. This New Year's, Beyond The Valley invites you to embrace the unexpected, celebrating the paths you follow, the people you meet and the stories you collect when you choose to participate rather than simply observe.
Situated just 90 minutes from Melbourne (Naarm), on the picturesque lands of the Wadawurrung and Eastern Maar Peoples, the site transforms into an immersive playground for four unforgettable days and nights.
Beyond The Valley is more than a place to welcome the New Year. It's four days to disconnect from routine, reconnect with the people around you and make space for imagination, curiosity and play.
Join us this New Year's and discover why Fortune Favours the Curious.

Boys Noize
BOYS NOIZE(Alex Ridha) builds worlds, then builds bridges between them. Propelled by an infatuation with sonic invention, Ridha has developed a peerless sound that transcends all categories. Embraced by the underground and adored on the main stage, the nonconformist German-Iraqi artist, DJ, producer and subcultural oracle has forged a distinctive path through the world of electronic music, all on his own terms. Crisscrossing the globe with masterfully anarchic performances at major festivals like Coachella and Glastonbury, he still plays annually at techno mecca Berghain. Few other artists have achieved Ridha’s level of success while still maintaining such critical respect. The new decade kicked off with a bang for BOYS NOIZEwith a 2020 GRAMMY nomination for “Midnight Hour” alongside Skrillex and Ty Dolla $ignand a 2021 GRAMMY win forLady Gaga “Rain On Me ft. Ariana Grande”. Thesuccess builds on years of momentum, ranging from productions forFrank Ocean, A$AP Rocky, and Mark Ronson to collaborations with Bon Iver, Chance The Rapper, Snoop Dogg, Rico Nasty, Tommy Cash, and Francis and the Lights. Ridha’s multifaceted outputalso includes remixes for Daft Punk, Depeche Mode, Rammstein, N.E.R.D, and David Lynch, the soundtrack for Oliver Stone’s movie Snowden, and the first musical release from designerVirgil Abloh, accompanied by the OFF-WHITE x BOYS NOIZE’s MAYDAY clothing capsule collection. Whether composing and performing live as OCTAVE MINDS with piano maestro Chilly Gonzales, crafting club hits with Skrillex as DOG BLOOD, or DJing underhis house pseudonym ELAX, BOYS NOIZE is constantly developing new forms of expression, fueled by a creativity that knows no boundaries.

niminoBritish producer nimino is one of those artists who caught the momentum of the online world at exactly the right time. In 2024, he broke through with the track I Only Smoke When I Drink , which turned into a viral hit, started appearing in DJ sets and remixes, and proved his sharp instinct for timing, mood and the pulse of contemporary electronic music. His tracks spread fast because they work across different spaces – from social media to clubs and on to festival stages. nimino’s sound is rooted in dance-driven electronic music filled with emotion and unexpected details. It speaks both to a younger audience raised on online trends and to listeners who enjoy being surprised by how effortlessly this sound pulls them in. There are echoes of producers like ODESZA or Maribou State in the way he works with atmosphere, but his signature is unmistakably his own. Around him, he has built a strong online community and an open, direct relationship with his fans, something that fully comes to life in his shows. Right now, he is intensively working on a new live setup and hinting at the next musical shift – new tracks or an EP could arrive later this year, and it’s quite possible that some of them will be heard here for the very first time. And if you’ve never said you only smoke when you drink, or only drink when you overthink, feel free to cast the first stone – who knows, maybe the next viral trend will start right here.

WVCHWY
WVCHWY seamlessly blends heritage with thumping electronic productions that push genres like acid, techno, house, and trance forward. WVCHWY, a Kalkadungu and Bidjara producer and DJ, infuses their culture in all things they do: from glitchy modern artworks referencing totemic birds and Indigenous imagery, to the reclamation of the yidaki/didjeridoo in EDM, it's no wonder they've soundtracked many sweaty nights in institutions and festivals across so-called Australia.
