This landmark Ballarat show gives local fans the chance to experience the amazing Out Of Control Army live for the first time, delivering the high-energy performance that has made them one of Latin America’s most exciting modern ska bands.
Formed in Mexico City in 2014, the amazing Out Of Control Army have earned an international reputation through their explosive mix of traditional ska rhythms, punk attitude, Latin fire and commanding brass arrangements. Their relentless touring, acclaimed live shows and powerful releases have built a loyal following around the world.
Their growing connection with Australia was strengthened during their successful 2024 Mexican tour with Melbourne Ska Orchestra. That experience helped inspire the band’s desire to tour Australia, with a special recording from that run due for release to coincide with these Australian dates.
Joining them in Ballarat are Melbourne ska favourites The Resignators. Formed in 2005, The Resignators are one of Australia’s most respected ska acts, known for energetic live shows, sharp songwriting and a horn-driven sound. Earlier in 2026, they performed with the amazing Out Of Control Army during a tour of Mexico, where the two bands formed a great friendship that now continues on Australian stages.
