Bachelor Girl return with Waiting for the Day: REDUX Tour 2026, a bold reimagining of the album that launched them into Australian music history. While the tour celebrates their ARIA award winning breakthrough album with timeless hits like ‘Buses and Trains’, ‘Treat Me Good’, ‘Permission to Shine’ and ‘Lucky Me’, REDUX 2026 introduces fresh interpretations shaped by years of life growth and musical exploration.

Tania Doko and James Roche (Bachelor Girl) have revisited the record with new arrangements, cinematic textures and electronic flourishes that transform familiar songs and reveal emotional depths previously unheard. Stripped back moments sit alongside soaring reinterpretations, giving classic tracks a contemporary, adventurous artistic edge.

Behind the music, beyond the hits… Tania and James share untold stories from their upcoming release Waiting for the Day: Artist Sessions where some of Australia’s finest contributed and became part of the journey.

A celebration of legacy and reinvention - a show for longtime fans and first time listeners alike showcasing Bachelor Girl like never before - seasoned, fearless and full of fresh REDUX fire.

n 1992, Tania Doko and James Roche formed Bachelor Girl and the duo became one of the most loved Australian acts of the 1990’s and early 2000’s, enjoying Australian and international success in Asia, Scandinavia and the US (including signing with the legendary Clive Davis at Arista Records). Standing out with their exceptional song writing and Tania’s warm, powerful vocal, both PPCA and APRA have reported a massive achievement for the band - their hit single ‘Buses and Trains’ was the most played Australian composition on Australian radio in its first year of release and during the last 25 years overall.
