DOWNPOUR FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES HEAVY ALTERNATIVE LINEUP — HEADLINED BY MAMMAL

Adelaide is set to be hit by a wall of sound as Downpour Festival lands at UniBar Adelaide, delivering a large-scale, full-day showcase of heavy alternative music built on atmosphere, groove, and power.

Headlined by Mammal, Downpour Festival brings together a lineup that blends heavy alternative with progressive influence and modern edge — driven by big riffs, dynamic sounds, and emotionally charged performances.

Presented by Soundsurge Promotions, Downpour Festival marks a significant expansion following the success of Soundsurge Festival earlier this year, scaling up in both scope and lineup to deliver a darker, heavier, storm-inspired event designed as a destination festival for heavy alternative fans.

Joining Mammal on this hugely impressive lineup are Khan, Control the Sun, The Unset, Macëy, Outerworlds, Skin Thief, Nocturnal Animals, Suffer the Avenue, Akira Slide, Terra Axis, and Mountains Below — representing a broad cross-section of Australia’s heavy alternative scene.

With doors opening from 12:30pm, Downpour Festival invites fans to immerse themselves in a relentless, all-day experience from first build to final impact.
