4th Annual Texas Cowboy Symposium

One of the weekends highlights is the Chuckwagon Food Festival, featuring 14 different chuckwagons serving up traditional cowboy fare. Sample from one wagon or make your way through all 14 while enjoying favorites like chicken-fried steak, potatoes, beans, Dutch oven bread, and peach dessert.The weekend also features Western swing bands and live music, including performances around the wagons, along with cowboy poetry, fiddle contest, dutch oven demonstrations, and MORE.
