Doom Yoga

Flow through a slow yet invigorating vinyasa-style class backed by heavy, vibrational doom metal. The trance-like quality cultivated by this practice will invite your awareness inward for a deeply introspective experience. Instructor Lauren will lead an all-levels flow-style yoga practice. For this special offering of Doom Yoga, class will be accompanied by live instrumentals by Jesse of cave-doom band Creaturess. Bring your own mat.
