Jackie Marshall launches her fifth album The Last Of The Human Troubadours live on stage, joined by Chris Pickering and the hauntingly beautiful Black Square Quartet, with arrangements by Robert Davidson. The program moves between original songs and unexpected companions, from an obscure Joni Mitchell cover and an Irish/Scottish traditional to the 2000-year-old Seikilos Epitaph. Thoughtful, grounded and deeply felt.
