Marfa

Marfa live at Eddie's Attic! Marfa makes music somewhere between the hazy dreamscape of Laurel Canyon and the restless energy of modern indie rock. Texas and Washington-raised, now based in Nashville, Bryce Menchaca and Kellen Wall pair sun-soaked sonics, indie-rock DNA, and timeless storytelling into a sound that feels like the next chapter of the folk and rock icons who came before them. KCRW praised the duo for making "music that ties Laurel Canyon to West Texas," while Billboard called their music "daring, unpretentious and commercially accessible." Signed to Big Machine Records/ASCEND Music, their breakout track "Daisy" is closing in on 10M streams. Their upcoming project, produced by Ryan Marrone (Sabrina Carpenter, JP Saxe), opens the door to an even bigger, more cinematic chapter. After sharing stages with The Head and The Heart, Band of Horses, and 49 Winchester, Marfa continue on the road this fall with Houndmouth.
