Onwards 2026

Onwards returns to Haugesund on 15–16 October 2026. Two days of inspiration, workshops, and meaningful discussions about how we can take control of shaping our futures. 

The theme for 2026 is simple, yet complex: How to be human in the age of AI.

We’ll explore new ways of thinking, learning, working, and living. Not to work faster, but to help us be more present, and find time and room for the things that matter most in life and our careers.

Day 1 is the main Onwards festival experience: a full day of talks, conversations, and inspiration, followed by the evening event.

Day 2 is for going deeper: a limited-seat workshop day with small, hands-on sessions, seminars, and masterclasses. Workshops will be announced soon and priced individually.
