The band HÄSTSPARK was formed in 2020 by Leo Lyckholm Rehné (vocals & guitar) and Joseph Nordström (bass & backing vocals) in the industrial town of Avesta, Sweden. The band quickly became a local phenomenon and after the debut album “Ostiarius Inferni” was released the word spread around the globe, gaining international recognition. With influences such as Sleep , Black Sabbath and Entombed the album captures the essence of fuzz, stoner and doom with an interesting blend of blues elements. During 2023 the band was joined by Jonathan Ekvall (drums) and released the single “Los Viperos” in 2024 marking the start of the bands new line up. In 2025 HÄSTSPARK teamed up with long time friend Johan Rockner (Dozer , ex Greenleaf ) who produced the two singles “Sounds Of Her Nature ” and “Ormen & Uven ” (feat. Arvid Hällagård) that took the band on an even more organic sounding route. During the fall of 2025 the band will enter the studio to record more music for 2026. Their music is authentic, raw, and captivating - an experience that must be seen and heard to be believed.
