Moyka is currently on the radar within a new generation of alternative pop in Norway. Since her EPs “Circles” and “Spaces”, we have followed Moyka on her journey as an artist, songwriter, and producer. She has built up a catalog with a clear identity and garnered attention from international heavyweights like Billboard, Notion, and The Line of Best Fit.
She started out playing at several showcases, including by:Larm, Trondheim Calling, The Great Escape First Fifty, JaJaJa, Eurosonic, Linecheck, and Reeperbahn. Moyka has played the biggest festivals in Norway, and joined as support for Sigrid in Ireland. She’s also been nominated for the Anchor Award at Reeperbahn, and named One to Watch by Amazon Music.
This year Moyka is releasing her sophomore album, “Movies, Cars & Heartbreak”. The album is a collection of catchy pop songs and artistic synth sequences that make you feel like life is a movie. On stage, Moyka will bring this album to life with a mesmerizing performance.
