SOiL is an American 90s alt-metal act from Chicago whose style is equally influenced by thrash metal icons like Metallica as it is hard rocking grunge groups such as Alice in Chains. Their sound is accented by heavy guitar chugs, screeching leads, gravely vocals, and violent percussion.
