The ski resort of La Pinilla is located in the province of Segovia, Autonomous Community of Castilla y Leon at 1,500 meters altitude in the Central System. A resort with spectacular panoramic views of the northern plateau that can be seen on sunny days from its highest point at over 2,200 meters (El Mirador).
The center is located in the massif of the Sierra de Ayllón, in the Central System, within the municipality of Cerezo de Arriba (Segovia) and 8 km from the town of Riaza, the municipality to which it belongs. Its proximity to Madrid, Segovia, Burgos and Valladolid make it a great alternative for skiers in the central area. It is a welcoming, intimate and fun resort.
It also offers visitors the opportunity to enjoy the exquisite gastronomy of Riaza, five minutes from the resort, or its surroundings, such as the medieval villages of Maderuelo, Sepúlveda, Pedraza and Ayllón itself, or even, a little further away, the historic town of Burgo de Osma. Unique itineraries, such as the route through the red and black villages, or natural areas of special beauty, such as the Pedrosa beech forest or the Riaza and Duratón river gorges.
