Overlooking Lake Garda, the Amphitheatre of the Vittoriale, called “Parlaggio” by D'Annunzio, is one of the most beautiful theatres in Italy containing about 1500 spectators and was completed in 1952 with the purpose of reproducing the ancient structure of the Greek theatre. In the summer season it hosts the Tener-A-Mente Festival, in a historic location and in its wonderful park, elected in 2012 "Italy's most beautiful park".
