For over 20 years, WOLFCHANT from St. Oswald in the Bavarian Forest have been one of the best-known and longest-serving Pagan Metal bands in Germany. Founded in 2003, the band was instrumental in the furious Pagan Metal wave that swept through the entire metal scene in the mid-2000s, at least with their cult album "A Pagan Storm". Many came, many went, WOLFCHANT stayed. The band regularly visits club stages throughout Germany and Europe as well as the stages of festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze and 70,000 Tons Of Metal, where they celebrate with their fans during and after the show.

Driving, epic metal paired with catchy melodies and riffs probably best describes the music of the sextet consisting of Lokhi (vocals), Nortwin (vocals), Skaahl (guitars), Seehb (guitars), Sertorius (bass) and Ghust (drums). The two frontmen are clearly and unmistakably the most characteristic feature of the band: The combination of aggressive screams and sublime clear vocals, which convey WOLFCHANT's lyrics in a multi-layered and unique way. The constant development of their music makes the band appear different and non-conformist with each album; they find it repugnant to be reduced to the same old tracks and pigeonholes. However, they have remained true to one motto for two decades now: "Fear The Force Of The Pagan Storm!"
