DJ Strawberry is a music producer, DJ and curator based between Berlin and Istanbul. His recent work focuses on 160 bpm dance music such as juke, minimal footwork and ghetto house. His debut album, which encompasses a wide range of sounds from field recordings to acoustic bass lines, primitive kick patterns and organic synth sounds, was released in the autumn of 2022 on the Wroclaw-based footwork/juke science club label Outlines.

Strawberry is also the founder of the Istanbul-based live collective "Algorave Istanbul", the founder of several local events. He has performed at Sónar Istanbul and Network Music and curates the Algorave Istanbul album compilation series.

Depending on his performance’s focus, DJ Strawberry either collaborates with visual artists or live-codes his own visuals alongside the live electronic set.
